Havana is the capital city of Cuba. Ottawa is the capital of Canada, Vienna is the capital of Austria, and Brussels is the capital of Belgium. The question follows a Country-Capital relationship.

Beijing is the capital of the People's Republic of China. Bogota is the capital of Colombia, Canberra is the capital of Australia, and Paris is the capital of France.
