Reserved powers are those that are not delegated to the federal government by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, and are therefore reserved to the states or the people (10th Amendment).

Delegated powers (also known as enumerated or expressed powers) are those specifically granted to the federal government by the Constitution.

The Executive Branch consists of the President, the Vice President, and the Cabinet, which includes the heads of various federal departments.

The Legislative branch, consisting of the Senate and the House of Representatives, is responsible for drafting and passing laws.

India is the world's largest democracy, operating under a parliamentary system where representatives are elected by the people.

The Declaration of Independence states that people have the right to alter or abolish government when it becomes destructive to protecting natural rights. 'Government is in chaos' is the closest option to this principle, though poorly phrased. The correct principle is about government failing its fundamental purpose, not just disorder.

Consent of the governed is a political theory that a government's legitimacy is only justified when it is consented to by the people or society over which that political power is exercised.

The nature of administration is bureaucratic- this statement is true. Administration can be defined as the universal process of efficiently organizing people and resources in order to achieve the organizational objectives. Board of directors of any company is normally concerned with Administration. Administration is often described as a top-level function.

The fundamental principle underlying the working of the parliamentary system of government is the principle of collective responsibility. Article 164 clearly states that the Council of Ministers is collectively responsible to the legislative assembly of the state for all their acts of omission and commission. They work as a team and swim or sink together.
Article 164 also contains the principle of individual responsibility. It states that the ministers hold office during the pleasure of the Governor. This means that the Governor can remove a minister at a time when the Council of Ministers enjoys the confidence of the Legislative Assembly.
No Legal Responsibility is one more underlying principle of the parliamentary system. It states that there is no provision in the Constitution for the system of legal responsibility of the minister in the center and states. It is not required that an order of the Governor for a public action should be countersigned by a minister. Moreover, the courts are barred from inquiring into the nature of advice rendered by the ministers to the governor.

The Cabinet is a part of Council of Ministers. It is a body comprising of 15-20 ministers. It directs the council of ministers by taking policy decisions which are binding on all ministers. Its importance lies in that, it is the highest decision making authority in the politico-administrative system. It is the chief policy formulating body of Central Government.

A common definition of community emerged as a group of people with diverse characteristics who are linked by social ties, share common perspectives, and engage in joint action in geographical locations or settings. A community is a small or large social unit (a group of living things) that has something in common, such as norms, religion, values, or identity. Communities often share a sense of place that is situated in a given geographical area (e.g. a country, village, town, or neighborhood) or in virtual space through communication platforms.

• Executive powers related to administration, appointments and removals.
•  Legislative powers related to lawmaking and the state legislature, that is Vidhan Sabha or Vidhan Parishad.
•  Discretionary powers to be carried out according to the discretion of the governor.

A unitary government centralizes power in a single national government. There is no constitutional division of power between the central government and sub-national units like states or provinces.
