The first T20 International match was played between New Zealand and Australia at Eden Park, Auckland on February 17, 2005. Australia won this inaugural match, which was initially seen as an experiment but later revolutionized cricket with the advent of IPL and other T20 leagues.

India is the only international team to have been dismissed twice in a single day of a Test match. This happened against England at Old Trafford, Manchester in 1952. India were bowled out for 58 runs in the first innings and 82 runs in the second innings, both on the same day (Day 3 of the match).

In 2005, former Australian coach John Buchanan predicted that England would dominate world cricket within 3-4 years, based on their emerging talent and successful Ashes performances. This prediction came during England's rise under Michael Vaughan's captaincy. While England did reach the top of Test rankings later, other teams like South Africa and India also emerged as strong contenders during that period.

Sachin Tendulkar made his international debut for India against Pakistan in a Test match on November 15, 1989 in Karachi. He was 16 years old at the time. This began one of the most illustrious careers in cricket history. Interestingly, his first ODI came against Pakistan later in the same series.

Sachin Tendulkar opened the batting for the first time in ODIs against New Zealand in 1994. Before this, he typically batted in the middle order. The promotion to opener proved to be a masterstroke, as he went on to become one of the most successful opening batsmen in ODI history. This match was in Christchurch.

Sachin Tendulkar's highest individual Test score of 248 not out was achieved against Bangladesh in 2004 at the Zohur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Bogra. This was a monumental innings where he faced 336 balls and hit 38 boundaries.

Sachin Tendulkar scored his first Test century in Australia at the Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG) in 1992. This was a breakthrough innings (148*). Note: Option D has typo 'Sydeny' but clearly means Sydney.

Sachin Tendulkar scored his 32nd Test century against England at Leeds (Headingley) in 2002, breaking Allan Border's record of 31 Test centuries. This was a significant milestone in cricket history, making him the century record holder at that time.

Sachin Tendulkar scored his highest World Cup individual score of 152* against Namibia in the 2003 World Cup. This was during India's group match at Pietermaritzburg. Ireland, Netherlands, and Scotland were not the teams against whom he scored this particular World Cup century.

India played against the Netherlands in a group B match at Ferozshah Kotla Ground in New Delhi on 9th March 2011. India won this match comfortably by 5 wickets.

The 2011 ICC Cricket World Cup was co-hosted by India, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh. Pakistan was originally scheduled to co-host but was stripped of hosting rights following security concerns after the 2009 attack on the Sri Lankan team bus in Lahore. India won the tournament.

Thilina Kandamby is a Sri Lankan cricketer who played for the Sri Lankan national team. He represented Sri Lanka in ODIs and was a middle-order batsman. West Indies, Kenya, and Zimbabwe are incorrect. Note: 'Srilanka' is misspelled.

Elton Chigumbura is a Zimbabwean cricketer who has served as captain. He is not from Kenya, West Indies, or South Africa. He has been a key player for Zimbabwe in ODIs and T20s.

Inzamam-ul-Haq earned the nickname 'The Sultan of Multan' for his exceptional batting performance, particularly in the city of Multan where he played several memorable innings. He was one of Pakistan's most successful batsmen, known for his elegant batting and ability to score heavily against top bowlers. The nickname reflects his dominance and regal batting style.
