Walnuts are indeed among the highest antioxidant nuts, containing high levels of polyphenols, vitamin E, and melatonin. However, 'one among the best sources' is vague - many berries, dark chocolate, and certain vegetables have higher antioxidant capacity. Walnuts are excellent sources compared to other nuts, but not necessarily compared to all foods.
