World Leaders and Politicians

Franklin D. Roosevelt served as President from 1933 until his death in 1945, leading the US through most of World War II. Abraham Lincoln was from the Civil War era, Winston Churchill was British Prime Minister, and Martin Luther King was a civil rights leader from the 1960s.

Lee Harvey Oswald was the confirmed assassin of President John F. Kennedy on November 22, 1963, in Dallas, Texas. Jacqueline was JFK's wife, Connally was the Governor of Texas who was also wounded, and John Wilkes Booth assassinated Abraham Lincoln.
