The Bank of Asia building, known for its unique robotic architecture, is located in Bangkok, Thailand. Its design features robot-like elements and is one of the more unusual buildings in Bangkok's skyline. Bangkok is famous for its creative and unconventional modern architecture.

Shanhaiguan Pass (Shanhai Pass) is traditionally known as 'The First Pass Under Heaven' or 'Number One Pass Under Heaven' (天下第一关). It's where the Great Wall meets the ocean and was historically considered the most strategic defensive point. Jiayuguan Pass is the western end, and Juyongguan is near Beijing. Jinshanling is a popular hiking section but not a named pass.

Damascus, the capital of Syria, is widely considered the oldest continuously inhabited city in the world, with evidence of settlement dating back to 8000-10000 BC. Its strategic location made it an important trade center throughout history.

Mary Todd Lincoln, Abraham Lincoln's wife, was born and raised in Lexington, Kentucky. Her childhood home is preserved there as a historic site. Lincoln's birthplace is actually in Hodgenville, Kentucky, not Lexington.

Damascus, the capital of Syria, is widely recognized as the oldest continuously inhabited major city in the world, with evidence of settlement dating back to at least 8,000-10,000 BC. It has been continuously inhabited for thousands of years, making the statement true. While Jericho is also very old, Damascus is more commonly cited as the world's oldest known city.

The Temple of Heaven is located in Beijing, China. Built between 1406-1420 during the Ming Dynasty, it was where emperors prayed for good harvests. Cyprus (temples like Apollo Hylates), Cambodia (Angkor Wat), and Georgia (various Orthodox monasteries) have important religious sites but not the Temple of Heaven.

Tibet is known as the "Roof of the World" due to its high elevation averaging over 4,500 meters (14,800 feet) above sea level. The Tibetan Plateau is the highest and largest plateau on Earth, surrounded by towering mountain ranges including the Himalayas. This geographical feature makes Tibet aptly deserving of this nickname.

The New 7 Wonders of the World (2007) are: Taj Mahal (India), Great Wall of China, Christ the Redeemer, Machu Picchu, Chichen Itza, Colosseum, and Petra. Statue of Liberty is not on this list. Egypt Pyramids have honorary status but are not among the official 7.

The Sky Tower in Auckland, New Zealand, stands 328 meters (1,076 feet) tall, making it the tallest free-standing structure in the Southern Hemisphere. It opened in 1997 and functions as an observation tower, telecommunications hub, and tourist attraction with a casino and restaurant.

In Pirates of the Caribbean, the treasure was buried on Isla de Muerta (Island of the Dead), a fictional island. Isla de Muerta means 'Island of the Dead' in Spanish. The other options are misspelled or incorrect variants.

In Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest, the chest is hidden on Isla Cruces. Isle de Muerta was from the first movie (Curse of the Black Pearl). Isla Calypso doesn't exist in the franchise - the options include some invented names.

The Roman Colosseum is NOT one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. The ancient wonders are: Great Pyramid of Giza, Hanging Gardens of Babylon, Temple of Artemis, Statue of Zeus, Mausoleum at Halicarnassus, Colossus of Rhodes, and Lighthouse of Alexandria.

Artemis, the Greek goddess of hunting, wilderness, and wild animals, was symbolized by the bow and arrow, deer (which were sacred to her), hunting dogs, and the crescent moon. The dove is associated with other deities like Aphrodite (love) or Athena (wisdom), not Artemis.

The New7Wonders Foundation initiative (2000-2007) was a contemporary poll. The Great Pyramid of Giza (the only surviving ancient wonder) was granted honorary status as a 'candidate' but not included in the final voting, as it was already recognized as one of the original Seven Wonders of the Ancient World.
