World Geography and Capitals

Warsaw is Poland's capital and largest city, located on the Vistula River. Lublin and Czestochowa are Polish cities but not capitals. Polaris is the North Star, not a city.

Lisbon is Portugal's capital and largest city, coastal and one of the oldest cities in Europe. Vienna is Austria's capital, Barcelona is in Spain, and Madrid is Spain's capital.

Paris is France's capital and largest city. London is the UK's capital, Rome is Italy's capital, and Berlin is Germany's capital.

Budapest is Hungary's capital and largest city, formed by the unification of Buda and Pest on the Danube River. Athens is Greece's capital, and Bonn was West Germany's capital before reunification.

Luxembourg City is the capital of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Diekirch, Dudelange, and Strassen are Luxembourgish cities but not the capital.
