Population explosion increases the demand for resources, which leads to the depletion or reduction of available natural resources.

Rapid population growth puts significant pressure on infrastructure, food, water, and energy, leading to a shortage of these resources.

Thomas Robert Malthus stated the theory of population-which explored the relationship between food supply and population growth. He stated that population grows exponentially and food supply increases arithmetically.
