The words 'very, much, more, little, quite, rather, partly, fully, etc.,' that denote the degree of an event or show 'how much' are adverbs of degree.

Relative adverbs join two sentences. By referring to its antecedent, a relativev adverb states the time, place, reason and manner. Relative adverbs are - 'when, where, why, how'.

The words 'here, there, in, out, up, down, etc.,' denote the place. These are called adverbs of place.
