The Planning Commission of India was constituted in March 1950 through a Cabinet resolution. It was established to formulate India's Five-Year Plans and oversee economic development. It was later replaced by NITI Aayog in 2015.

India played its first One Day International (ODI) match on June 5, 1974, against England at Headingley, Leeds. India lost this inaugural match by 4 wickets. The correct answer is D (1974). Options A (1970), B (1971), and C (1972) are incorrect as they predate India's ODI debut.

India played its first-ever T20 International match on December 1, 2006, against South Africa at Johannesburg. This match marked the beginning of India's journey in the shortest format of international cricket.

The Lead Bank Scheme was introduced in 1969 to promote integrated rural development and ensure banking services in underbanked areas. Each district was assigned a lead bank for coordination.

The Imperial Bank of India was reconstituted as the State Bank of India on July 1, 1955, through the SBI Act, 1955. Option A is correct with the date '1st Jul 1955'.
