Jawahar Rozgar Yojana (JRY) was launched in 1989 by merging NREP and RLEGP. It was a major rural employment program providing wage work and creating community assets. Later replaced by Jawahar Gram Samridhi Yojana in 1999, and eventually evolved into current MGNEREGA. The 1989 launch aligns with Rajiv Gandhi's premiership.

The Lalit Kala Akademi (National Academy of Art) was established in 1954 to promote and preserve visual arts in India. It's an autonomous organization under the Ministry of Culture. The academy supports artists through exhibitions, grants, and cultural exchange programs.

The National Literacy Mission Authority (NLMA) was indeed launched on May 5, 1988, by the then Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi. This mission aimed to impart functional literacy to non-literates in the age group of 15-35 years.

India's First Five Year Plan was launched in 1951 and covered the period 1951-1956. It was based on the Harrod-Domar model and focused on agriculture, irrigation, and energy. The planning was inspired by the Soviet model of planned economic development.

SAARC was established on December 8, 1985, in Dhaka, Bangladesh, to promote economic and regional cooperation among South Asian nations. The founding members included India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, and Maldives. Afghanistan joined later in 2007. SAARC aims to promote welfare, economic growth, and cultural development in the region.

The other options (1987, 1990, 1992) are incorrect as the Miss Universe pageant winners for those years were from different countries.
