ISRO Missions and Satellites

RISAT-2 (Radar Imaging Satellite-2) was launched by India on April 20, 2009, using an Israeli-built X-band synthetic aperture radar. The satellite was designed for all-weather surveillance and imaging, specifically to monitor borders and track military movements. It enhanced India's defense surveillance capabilities significantly.
