Graft refers to the acquisition of money, gain, or advantage by dishonest, unfair, or illegal means, especially through the abuse of one's position or influence in politics or business.

Headgear is any kind of covering for the head. It can be or cannot be defensive e.g turba/hat etc. They are not defensive headgear. But helmet is a protective covering for the head...e.g the headpiece of armour.

Erratum is an error in printing or writing, from Latin meaning 'error'. Omission is leaving out, scribble is hasty writing, and scramble is to mix confusedly.

Fundamentalism refers to blind adherence to religious principles. Fanaticism is excessive zeal, bigotry is intolerance, and iconoclasm is destroying religious images.

Sororicide is the act of killing one's sister. The root 'soror' is Latin for sister.

Belligerent means nations at war. Bellicose means warlike (can apply to individuals), 'war like' is incorrectly spelled, and apartheid is racial segregation.
