Robert Dennard invented Dynamic RAM (DRAM) in 1966 while working at IBM. His invention allowed data to be stored in capacitors and accessed randomly, revolutionizing computer memory. DRAM became the standard memory technology for computers and electronic devices. The other names (Stone, Zworykin, Aderton) were not associated with memory invention.
