The Battle of Khanwa (1527) was fought between Babur and Rana Sanga of Mewar. Babur's victory consolidated his power in northern India after defeating the powerful Rajput confederacy. Rana Sanga, despite being wounded in previous battles, assembled a large Rajput army but was defeated by Babur's superior tactics and gunpowder artillery. Note: Option A spells it as 'Rana Sunga' which is a minor variant.
