What all can you import in WIP module
-
Import move transactions from data collection devices, factory floor machines or controllers using the Open Move Transaction Interface
-
Import material transactions (component issue/return, assembly completion/return, replenishment) from data collection devices
-
Import resource transactions from data collection devices and labor tracking systems using the Open Resource Cost Transaction Interface
-
All the above
Oracle WIP provides multiple Open Interfaces for importing transactions: Move Transaction Interface for move transactions, Material Transaction Interface for component issues/returns and assembly completions, and Resource Cost Transaction Interface for resource and labor transactions from external systems.
Oracle WIP's Open Interfaces let external systems and shop-floor devices feed data into WIP in three separate streams: move transactions (via the Open Move Transaction Interface), material transactions such as component issue/return and assembly completion (via the Open Material Transaction Interface), and resource/labor transactions (via the Open Resource Cost Transaction Interface). Since all three interfaces exist and are valid import paths, the comprehensive option covering all of them is correct rather than any single one alone.
