Which parameters affect backflush Transactions

Supply Subinventory

Supply Locator

Lot Selection Method

All the above
Backflush transactions in Oracle WIP are controlled by multiple parameters: Supply Subinventory defines where components are pulled from, Supply Locator specifies the exact location, and Lot Selection Method determines how lots are chosen (FEFO, FIFO, or manual).
In Oracle Inventory/WMS backflush transactions (auto-deducting component material at production completion), the system needs to determine exactly where to pull the components from. Supply Subinventory and Supply Locator define the default source subinventory/locator on the bill of material or work order operation that backflush will deduct from, and when a component is lot-controlled, the Lot Selection Method determines which lot(s) get consumed (e.g., FIFO, expiration date). All three genuinely affect how a backflush transaction resolves its source and lot, so 'All the above' correctly captures that no single one of them is sufficient alone - they jointly determine backflush behavior.
