Indrajit (Meghanada) was killed by Lakshmana during the Ramayana war, not Rama. This required the use of divine weapons and specific mantras. Hanuman and Sugreeva were vanara allies.

Hanuman set Lanka on fire after his tail was wrapped in cloth and ignited by Ravana's forces. This occurred during Hanuman's return mission from Lanka after meeting Sita. Vaali was Sugreeva's brother who was killed by Rama, and Jaambavan was a bear king who helped build the bridge to Lanka.
