The railway track is the primary physical feature that divides Tambaram into West and East Tambaram. This is a common urban pattern in Tamil Nadu where railway lines create natural divisions within towns. National highways, police stations, and bus stands do not create this geographical division.

Tambaram is located in Kancheepuram district (now officially Kanchipuram). While Tambaram is now part of the Chennai metropolitan area, it falls within Kancheepuram district's administrative boundaries. Chengleput was part of the historical district structure, and Chennai and Thiruvallur are separate districts.

The statement is False. While the Ming Dynasty did extensively rebuild and strengthen the Great Wall using bricks and stone, the wall was NOT built 'from solid bricks and stones' exclusively. Earlier sections and dynasties used rammed earth, wood, and other materials. The Ming-era sections are the best-preserved brick portions we see today, but the wall's construction spans multiple eras with varied techniques.

According to a 2009 archaeological survey by China's State Administration of Cultural Heritage, the Great Wall measures approximately 8851.8 kilometers (5500 miles) including all branches and sections. This comprehensive survey included previously uncounted sections. The other options are either too high (8000+) or too low.

While the Great Wall's construction spanned multiple dynasties over 2,000 years, the majority of the best-pexisting brick sections we see today were built during the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644). The Ming emperors undertook the most extensive reconstruction and fortification projects, creating the iconic brick structure that survives today. Earlier sections were often rammed earth and have largely eroded.

Shanhaiguan Pass (Shanhai Pass) is traditionally known as 'The First Pass Under Heaven' or 'Number One Pass Under Heaven' (天下第一关). It's where the Great Wall meets the ocean and was historically considered the most strategic defensive point. Jiayuguan Pass is the western end, and Juyongguan is near Beijing. Jinshanling is a popular hiking section but not a named pass.

Qin Shi Huang (Qin Shi Huangdi), the first Emperor of China, ordered the connection and expansion of existing fortification walls between 220-206 BC to create a unified defensive barrier against northern invaders. While he didn't build the entire Great Wall (which expanded over centuries), he initiated the concept of a continuous wall. 'King Zheng' was his name before becoming emperor.

Abraham Lincoln's family moved from Kentucky to Indiana when he was 7 years old, in 1816. They lived in Indiana for 14 years before moving to Illinois in 1830, which is why Lincoln is often associated with Illinois.

Mary Todd Lincoln, Abraham Lincoln's wife, was born and raised in Lexington, Kentucky. Her childhood home is preserved there as a historic site. Lincoln's birthplace is actually in Hodgenville, Kentucky, not Lexington.
