Jog Falls in Karnataka is the highest waterfall in India with a drop of 253 meters. It's a segmented waterfall created by the Sharavathi River. Chinchoti, Aatirapalli, and Rimni Falls are not India's highest.

Swami Vivekananda's birth name was Narendranath Datta, shortened to Narendranath. He was given the name 'Vivekananda' after his monastic initiation by his guru Ramakrishna Paramahamsa.

Wular Lake in Jammu and Kashmir is the largest freshwater lake in India. It spans approximately 12-16 square kilometers depending on seasonal variations. Dal Lake is also in Kashmir but is smaller, while Powai and Nako are significantly smaller lakes.

According to historical accounts, Humayun once crowned a water-carrier named Nizam (or Nizamuddin) as king for a day as part of a royal vow or gesture. This anecdote appears in Mughal chronicles illustrating Humayun's spontaneous nature. Birbal and Akbar were associated with a later era.
