Phrasal verbs do NOT always consist of two words - they can have two or three parts. Examples: 'look UP TO' (3 words), 'put UP WITH' (3 words), 'run OUT OF' (3 words). A phrasal verb combines a verb with a preposition or adverb (or both), and three-part phrasal verbs are common in English. Two-word examples like 'look UP' exist, but 'always' makes the statement false.

Modal verbs like 'must' are defective verbs that do not have past tense forms. To express past obligation, use 'had to' instead, as 'musted' is not a valid English word form.

The verb 'think' can be used in continuous tenses when expressing active mental processes (e.g., 'I'm thinking about what to do'). It's only non-continuous when expressing an opinion (e.g., 'I think you're right').

Questions do not always require an auxiliary verb. When 'be' is the main verb (e.g., 'Are you coming?'), it can invert without an auxiliary. Subject questions also lack auxiliaries (e.g., 'Who called you?').

'Used to doing' (be/get used to) means accustomed to or familiar with a present situation. 'Used to do' expresses a past habit that no longer happens. These are fundamentally different structures and meanings.

'People' is a plural noun (the plural of 'person'), so it is countable. We can say 'many people', 'three people', or 'the people'. Only abstract meanings like 'a people' (nation) might be treated differently.

The shortest English sentences contain only a verb in the imperative mood (e.g., 'Go!', 'Stop!'). Subjects, objects, and other elements are optional additions, not minimum requirements.

English syntax generally keeps the main verb and its direct object together without separation. While exceptions exist (questions, relative clauses), the general rule is no separation between verb and object.

The auxiliary 'do' is indeed used in present simple for negatives and questions (e.g., 'I don't like it', 'Do you want?'), but never in affirmative statements where it would be redundant.
