IP PBX (Internet Protocol Private Branch Exchange) is the system that uses VoIP technology to route calls between users within an organization. Unlike traditional EPABX which uses analog lines, IP PBX operates over data networks using internet protocols.

A Mickey is the unit of measurement for mouse movement speed and direction in computing. One Mickey equals the minimum detectable movement of the mouse, typically around 1/200 to 1/400 of an inch depending on the mouse DPI (dots per inch) sensitivity.

Refresh rate is the number of times per second a display screen updates its image, measured in Hertz (Hz). A 60Hz monitor refreshes 60 times each second, showing 60 frames per second. Higher refresh rates result in smoother motion and reduced eye fatigue. The 'screen saver' option (A) is unrelated to refresh rate - it's a power-saving feature.
