Enzymes are biological catalysts that primarily speed up the digestion of food by breaking down complex molecules into simpler ones. While enzymes are involved in all life processes, their most direct and measurable role is in digestive processes.

Most complete digestion and nutrient absorption occurs in the small intestine, not the stomach or large intestine. The small intestine has enzymes that break down proteins, carbohydrates, and fats, plus villi for absorption. The stomach mainly begins protein digestion.

CCSP (Cisco Certified Security Professional) is Cisco's certification for network security professionals. This certification validates skills in designing, implementing, and managing secure network infrastructures using Cisco security technologies.

RHCE (Red Hat Certified Engineer) is Red Hat's certification for Linux system administration. This certification validates skills in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting Red Hat Enterprise Linux systems, and is one of the most recognized Linux certifications.
