I was the founder of the Persian Empire under the Achaemenid dynasty. I was built for my owner's 50th Birthday by his personal secretary, originally intended to be a "Teahouse" but later kept as a planned refuge of last resort for my master. My master who admitted to be acrophobic built me at an altitude of 1834 meters. The bombing and battles of World War II left the building intact but remained a part of US Armed Forces till they returned the area to the country it belonged to, in the 1990s.
