Fire, Sun and star have produce visible  light, But Tree do not produce visible light So Tree will be non-luminous body.

A substance is said to be transparent if light can pass easily through it. Example: glass

An object looks red when seen through apiece of red glass, hence the color of object is red as it doesn't matter what color the glass is as the refractive index of the medium is constant, hence the object will look of its original color.

The absorptive capacity of air is very low, hence it transmits most of the light rays passing through it.

Non luminous body is a body which does not emit light rays.Example earth,sun is a star and it is a luminous body like fire 

A thin layer of water is transparent but a thick layer of water is translucent as lateral shift depends on thickness of the object.

A body which allows most of the light to pass through it is called a transparent body.

Air is not visible because it is transparent medium. As from definition of transparent medium, their reflectance and emitance is zero , hence it transmits all the light.

Objects which allow the light to pass through them completely without any obstruction are called $ \bf{transparent} $ objects.

Glass is a $\bf{transparent} $ object because it allows light to pass through it completely and doesn't block any light. 
Gold and Stone, on the other hand, are $ \bf{opaque} $ objects. While, Plastic is $ \bf{translucent} $.

The color of light coming through a filter is specific to the filter.for example blue filter will allow only blue rays to pass through it.
