Hazoor Sahib, also known as Takht Sachkhand Sri Hazur Abchalnagar Sahib and Abchal Nagar, is one of the five 'takhts' in Sikhism. It is located on the banks of the River Godavari at the city of Nanded in the state of Maharashtra. The gurudwara within the complex is known as Sach-Khand (Realm of Truth).

Dams are constructed in rivers to generated hydro electric power, irrigation, fishing etc multipurpose activities. On the other hand for the construction of dams many people becomes homeless and lakhs of acara of land lost with the construction of this big dam projects on rivers. For the construction of big dams huge area is required for this, so many people lose their home and sometimes nearby areas of dams becomes food prone. Environment of the place also get affected and  bio diversity imbalance also found on those ares.

Below Rajahmundry the river divides itself into two main steams the Gautam Godavari on the east and the Vashishta Godavari on the west and forms a large delta before it pours into the Bay of Bengal.

Eichhornia crassipes, commonly known as common water hyacinth, is an aquatic plant native to the Amazon basin and is often a highly problematic invasive species outside its native range. When not controlled, water hyacinth will cover lakes and ponds entirely which affects water flow and blocks sunlight from reaching native aquatic plants which often die. The decay processes deplete dissolved oxygen in the water, often killing fish (or turtles).

The Godavari river originates at Triambakeshwar in the Nashik district of Maharashtra, near the Western Ghats.

The Godavari is the largest river system in peninsular India and is next only to the Ganga and the  Indus systems regarding sanctity, picturesqueness, and utility and is held in reverence as Vridha Ganga or Dakshina Ganga. Its total length is 1,465km. It has a catchment area of 312,812sq km. The source of this river in the Trimbak plateau of North Sahyadri near Nasik in Maharashtra which is only 80 km from the shore of the Arabian Sea. 

The Godaveri river is the longest river in india after the river Ganges(Maharashtra). However, in the past few decades, the river has been abused with relentless construction of barrages and dams around it which leads to the setup of industries near it and these industries pass their waste and sewage directly into the river which is increasing the pollution factor and affecting the health of water bodies and contaminating the water. 

• Water shortage is a problem faced only by people living in rural areas because water problem is faced by all people rural as well as urban but urban areas face water problem more because the water used in urban areas is more.
• Hence Water shortage is a problem faced only by people living in rural areas is a False statement.
