Chilka Lake is a brackish water lagoon located on the east coast of India, situated between the deltas of the Mahanadi and Godavari rivers.

Sambhar is a saltwater lake which is located in Jaipur district of Rajasthan. This lake receives water from five rivers Medtha, Samaod, Mantha, Rupangarh, and Khari and Khandela.

Wular is in Jammu and Kashmir (A-4), Chilka is in Odisha (B-1), Loktak is in Manipur (C-3), and Nakki is in Rajasthan (D-2). This matches option B.
