Agartala is the capital city of Tripura, located near the Bangladesh border. It is the second-largest city in Northeast India after Guwahati. The other options - Pilak (archaeological site), Deotamura (rock carvings), and Unakoti (Shiva pilgrimage) - are tourist destinations but not the capital.
