Kharagpur railway station in West Bengal, India has the world's longest railway platform at approximately 1,072 meters (3,517 feet). This record has been held by Kharagpur for many decades. The platform was built to accommodate long trains and heavy passenger traffic.

The Anantapuri Express runs from Chennai Egmore to Trivandrum (Thiruvananthapuram), covering about 915 km. It's named after Anantapuri, which is another name for Trivandrum city. This train connects Tamil Nadu's capital to Kerala's capital.

The Navajivan Express runs from Chennai Central to Ahmedabad, covering about 1,878 km. It passes through important cities in Karnataka, Maharashtra, and Gujarat. The train name means 'new life' and it's a premier train on this route.

The Charminar Express is a prominent train connecting Chennai and Hyderabad, named after the famous Charminar monument in Hyderabad. Deccan Queen operates between Mumbai and Pune, Golconda Express is a different train, and Nizam Express is not the correct name for this route.
