Faramir was not a member of the Fellowship of the Ring. The Fellowship consisted of nine members: Gandalf, Frodo, Sam, Merry, Pippin, Aragorn, Legolas, Gimli, and Boromir. Faramir is Boromir's brother and appears later in the story, ruling Gondor after the War of the Ring.

Qui-Gon Jinn was Obi-Wan Kenobi's master, as shown in Episode I: The Phantom Menace. After Qui-Gon's death, Obi-Wan completed his training and became a Jedi Knight. Count Dooku was Yoda's padawan, Yoda trained many Jedi, and Mace Windu was not a master in the lineage shown. Option A has a typo ('Quai Gon').

Sifo-Dyas was the Jedi Master who secretly commissioned the clone army on Kamino, as revealed in Episode II: Attack of the Clones. This was done without the Jedi Council's knowledge. Frodo Baggins was the only son of Drogo Baggins and Primula Brandybuck, who died when he was young. Bilbo Baggins was his cousin and later adoptive guardian, not his parent. Camelia is not a character in Tolkien's works.
