The most of the hydro-electric power is generated and used in areas of large rivers. Because as we know the hydro-electric power is generated with the help of flowing water or falling water.

Hydro-electric power is the most mature and widely utilized form of renewable energy globally.

Denmark is world-renowned for its heavy investment and reliance on wind energy.

• Biomass is an organic matter derived from living organisms. Biomass can be used as a source of energy and most often refers to plants or plant-based materials that are not used for food or feed, and are specifically called lignocellulosic biomass.
• Sugarcane and Jatropha can produce Biomass energy.

Both photovoltaic cells and solar thermal systems are methods of harnessing solar energy, which is a renewable source.

All fossil fuels are non-renewable. Coal, crude oil, and natural gas are all considered fossil fuels because they were formed from the buried remains of plants and animals that lived millions of years ago. Natural gas is flammable gas, consisting largely of methane and other hydrocarbons, occurring naturally underground (often in association with petroleum) and used as fuel.

A Wind-mill converts wind energy to electrical energy with the help of dynamo.

The energy possessed by the fast moving air or storm is called the wind energy. This energy is used in driving a wind mill.

Bio gas plant is of two types: fixed dome type and floating gas holder type.

The chemical energy stored in the biomass is called bioenergy. 

Nuclear energy is not an example of a biogas source of  energy as it uses radioactive substances to produce energy.

Non-renewable resources are finite and cannot be replenished on a human timescale. Coal is a fossil fuel that takes millions of years to form, whereas solar energy, water, and fisheries are considered renewable or replenishable.

Fossil fuels are hydrocarbons formed from the remains of ancient plants and animals. Coal is a primary example of a fossil fuel.

The primary energy sources in the USA are petroleum, natural gas, and coal. These three fossil fuels constitute the vast majority of the country's energy consumption.

Solar radiation is an inexhaustible and renewable source of energy. Soil, Fossil fuels and Minerals, all are exhaustible and their replenishment becomes impossible or very difficult.
