Mughlai, Punjabi, and Italian are all regional cuisines named after geographical regions. Manchurian is the odd one out - it's an Indo-Chinese fusion dish created in India, not an authentic regional cuisine from Manchuria. It was invented by Nelson Wang in Mumbai in the 1970s.
