Dubai is a major city in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), located on the southeast coast of the Persian Gulf. It's one of the seven emirates that make up the UAE. Lebanon, Mexico, and Iran are all different countries - Iran does border the UAE but Dubai is not in Iran.
