The Bentley Subglacial Trench is the deepest point in Antarctica, located beneath the ice sheet in West Antarctica. At approximately 2,555 meters below sea level, it's the lowest point not covered by ocean (unlike ocean trenches like the Mariana), making option D uniquely Antarctic.
