Force India used Mercedes engines from 2009 through 2011 and again in later years. The Mercedes partnership provided competitive power units during Force India's time as a midfield contender in Formula 1. Force India was later rebranded as Racing Point and then Aston Martin, continuing with Mercedes power units.
