'The Persians' by Aeschylus (472 BCE) is the oldest surviving play in the world. It is an ancient Greek tragedy and is the oldest play of which we have a complete surviving text. Macbeth and Romeo and Juliet are Shakespeare's works from the 1600s, much later. 'God of Athens' appears to be a distractor and is not a recognized ancient play title.
The Persians by Aeschylus, first performed in 472 BC, is the oldest surviving complete play in the Western dramatic tradition, notable for dramatizing a recent historical event (the Persian defeat at Salamis) rather than myth. Macbeth and Romeo and Juliet are Shakespearean works from around 1600 AD, far more recent, and 'God of Athens' isn't a recognized ancient play.
