T/F Sir Francis Galton, proved that fingerprints do not change over the course of a lifetime

Sir Francis Galton conducted extensive scientific research on fingerprints and published his landmark book, Finger Prints, in 1892. In it, he provided the first statistical proof of the uniqueness of fingerprints and demonstrated that their patterns remain constant throughout a person's life. His work was instrumental in getting courts to accept fingerprint evidence.
