Samudragupta (question misspelled as 'Samdragupta') was called the 'Napoleon of India' by historian V.A. Smith due to his extensive military conquests and expansion of the Gupta Empire across much of the Indian subcontinent. He defeated numerous kings but never fought the Huns.
