Parshuram is the sixth avatar of Vishnu, known for his axe (parshu) and warrior nature. He is one of the immortals (Chiranjeevi) in Hindu tradition. Vali is a vanara king from Ramayana, Kuber is the god of wealth, and Balram is Krishna's brother - not avatars of Vishnu.
