Beijing is the main access point for the Great Wall, with several popular sections within day-trip distance (Badaling, Mutianyu, Jinshanling, etc.). These are the most visited and well-maintained sections for tourists. Huangshan (A) is famous for its mountain scenery, not the wall. Shanghai (B) is far from the wall. Xian (C) is known for the Terracotta Army, not the Great Wall.
