Bears are found globally across multiple continents (North America, Europe, Asia, South America), while wombats, Tasmanian devils, and koalas are all marsupials endemic to Australia. The geographic and taxonomic distinction is clear - bears are placental mammals with worldwide distribution, whereas the other three are Australian marsupials. This makes bears the obvious odd one out.
