Directions: Study the following information and answer the question that follows.

A house is to be constructed which will have a master bedroom, a guest room, a children room, a kitchen, a drawing room, a living room and bathrooms attached to the master bedroom and the drawing room. The height of all the rooms is supposed to be 14 m. The area of the house comprises of the master bedroom measuring 15 m x 12 m, the guest room measuring 12 m x 12 m, the children room measuring 9 m x 12 m, the kitchen measuring 12 m x 6 m, the drawing room measuring 15 m x 15 m, the living room measuring 13 m x 13 m and bathrooms measuring 8 m x 7 m. The rooms, if they have area less than 100 sq. m, are to be painted with plastic paint and floored with vitrified tiles. The rooms with area greater than 100 sq. m are to be painted with rich textured emulsion and floored with marble. The rate of marble flooring is Rs. 300 per sq. m and that of vitrified tiles is Rs. 150 per sq. m. The price of painting with plastic paint is Rs. 120 per sq. m and that with rich textured emulsion is Rs. 280 per sq. m. No ceiling is to be painted unless asked in the question.
