The area of the house comprises of the master bedroom measuring 15 m x 12 m, the guest room measuring 12 m x 12 m, the children room measuring 9 m x 12 m, the kitchen measuring 12 m x 6 m, the drawing room measuring 15 m x 15 m, the living room measuring 13 m x 13 m and bathrooms measuring 8 m x 7 m. The rooms with area greater than 100 sq. m are to be painted with rich textured emulsion and floored with marble. The rate of marble flooring is Rs. 300 per sq. m and that of vitrified tiles is Rs. 150 per sq. m. The price of painting with plastic paint is Rs. 120 per sq. m and that with rich textured emulsion is Rs. 280 per sq. m. No ceiling is to be painted unless asked in the question.
