Receiving transactions are about tracking the full life of a shipment once it arrives — from the initial receipt, through inspection, to final delivery into inventory or expense destination — including recording each movement along the way. Simply recording arrival (the first wrong option) is only one small part of the receiving process, not the whole definition.
