For the Siebel Mobile Client to function properly, 'Docking Transaction Logging' must be set to TRUE. This enables the mobile client to log transactions during synchronization docking operations. Setting Transaction Docking to FALSE would disable the docking process, and EXEC settings are unrelated to mobile client functionality.
For Siebel Mobile (Remote) Client to synchronize/dock correctly, Docking Transaction Logging must be enabled (set to TRUE) at the server component/database level so that transactions destined for remote clients are captured and logged for later synchronization. Without transaction logging turned on, the docking/sync process has nothing to transmit to the mobile client, so remote users would never receive updates. The other listed flags/settings (Transaction Docking=FALSE, EXEC=TRUE/FALSE) are not real standard Siebel Remote configuration parameters for enabling docking, making them distractors.
