Wireframes are low-fidelity schematics that show structural placement of content elements (text, images, buttons) and screen flow without visual design details like color or typography. They focus on layout and interaction, not aesthetics. Color schemes, visual standards, and development strategies come later in high-fidelity designs and specifications.
A wireframe is a low-fidelity blueprint of a screen that lays out where content blocks, navigation, and controls sit, and how a user moves from one screen to the next — it's about structure and flow, not visual styling. Color schemes and visual design standards belong to the later visual/UI design phase, and development strategy is a separate technical planning concern unrelated to layout.
