The Quality Tab within the Release module contains quality metrics including the Defect Opening Rate graph and Outstanding Defects graph. These graphs track defect trends and backlog. Option A's Progress Tab focuses on schedule progress, not defects. Option C's Defects module is for managing individual defects, not release-level metrics.
"Quality Tab of the Release module" is correct. In HP ALM/Quality Center, the Release module tracks release- and cycle-level progress, and its Quality tab surfaces release-scoped quality metrics and graphs, including Defect Opening Rate (new defects logged over time) and Outstanding Defects (open defect trend). The Progress tab of Releases covers requirement/test coverage progress, not defect graphs; the Defects module itself is for logging/tracking individual defects, not release-level trend graphs; and the Test Lab's Execution Flow tab is about test-run sequencing, unrelated to defect reporting.
