Sourav Ganguly is NOT the Indian to hit the most number of sixes in Test cricket. That record belongs to Virender Sehwag, who has hit significantly more sixes than Ganguly in Test matches. While Ganguly was known for his elegant batting and occasional six-hitting, Sehwag was far more aggressive and holds this particular record.
