If the surface area is increased, the rate of evaporation increases. With the increase of temperature, more number of particles get enough kinetic energy to go into the vapour state.  With the increase in wind speed, the particles of water vapour move away with the wind, decreasing the amount of water vapour in the surrounding.

Evaporation is a surface phenomenon. If the surface area is increased, the rate of evaporation increases. While putting clothes for drying up, we spread them out, because, more area is exposed to sun and wind which speeds up the rate of evaporation.

Evaporation is the surface phenomenon in which if their high-pressure present on the surface of the liquid, it reduces the rate of evaporation. 

Surface phenomenon is a process in which only the surface of the any substance or object is involved in the process. In Evaporation only surface of the liquid involves in the process, its bulk remain unaffected by evaporation. Hence, it is a surface phenomenon. 

When you suck on a straw, stuck into liquid it lowers the pressure in the straw. That makes atmospheric pressure higher than the pressure in the straw which force the liquid to go up into the straw and into your mouth. So, atmospheric pressure plays important role while drinking a liquid with a straw.

The air in the balloon exerts pressure on the walls of the balloon. This is accordance with the kinetic molecular theory of gases which state that the pressure exerted by the gas is equal to the pressure applied by the gas molecule on the walls of container.

Atmospheric pressure acts as an indicator of weather conditions. Sudden decrease in atmospheric pressure of the earth shows that there may be storms and strong winds. Sometimes it can cause rain also. 

If the air pressure of an area suddenly decreases, then in the human body the blood vessels swell up or sometimes bursts. This activity is commonly seen in mountaineers.

The unit measure of atmospheric pressure is equal to the column of mercury pressure of 76 cm or 760 mm of mercury.

Liquids exert equal pressure on the wall of the container at equal depth. This is because the density of the liquid at the same depth will be same.
