Overvaluing players based on name recognition, ignoring team chemistry and fit, drafting too many players from the same position, and not paying attention to player injuries and suspensions are all common mistakes made by fantasy volleyball managers. These mistakes can lead to poor team performance and missed opportunities to acquire valuable players.

Sleeper players are players who are undervalued or overlooked in fantasy volleyball drafts but end up performing well and exceeding expectations. They can be valuable additions to a team, especially if they are acquired late in the draft or through the waiver wire.
